American checkers β jump, crown, and leave your opponent nowhere to go.
Black moves first. Tap one of your pieces, then tap a glowing square to move. Glowing dashed pieces are the ones that must jump.
Men move one square diagonally forward; kings move one square diagonally in any direction. Captures are forced: if a jump is available you must take it, and a piece that can keep jumping must continue in the same turn. A man that reaches the far rank is crowned king β if it gets there by a jump, the turn ends at once. A player with no pieces left, or no legal move, loses. If both sides are down to a single king each, the game is a draw after 40 moves without a capture.
